HOW TO ORDER:

  • 2. Fill up all necessary information needed.
  • 3. Submit form.

HOW TO PAY:
  • A. Bank Deposit
    • 1. Download invoice sent to your e-mail.
    • 2. Deposit exact amount stated on your invoice.
    • 3. After you deposit the payment, kindly e-mail us the deposit slip at payment@upenggjackets.com
  • B. Credit Card Via UPAE Asia Pay (Plus 4.5%)

IMPORTANT:
  • i. E-mail address used for sending deposit slips must be the same e-mail account as the one submitted when ordering.
